Shalom!

This is a Journal for me to express my thoughts and life experiences. It serves the purpose of allowing me to talk things out and allow you, the reader, to hopefully see that you are not alone in your struggles.

I, like anyone, have them, too. I have financial concerns, health issues, temptations, frustrations, etc., and am just as normal as anyone else. Sometimes, when I view a website or watch a program of another believer teaching the Word, they always seem to have everything figured out and often as having the perfect life. Not all, but many.

I never want to come across like that. I want it to be known that I’m not perfect and I don’t pretend to be. I’m just some guy with a website, but, many people in the Bible and throughout history were just “some guy” (or gal) that took initiative or was given a push in the right direction.

My motives are simple; I want to teach God’s Word, give people hope, and teach how the ancient Scriptures are relevant and applicable today. I want this website to be a blessing to anyone that happens to visit it. Straightforward and simple.

Eventually, I will want to get back into public speaking. This website will act as a sort of “resume” so that if anyone is interested in the Hebraic Perspective of the Scriptures, they could reach out and ask that I speak to their congregation or have a 1-on-1 discussion.

This website is not going to my ultimate end-all ministry as I want to speak publicly and provide aid to people in need. Maybe one day to a wider area (say… the world), but for now, as I already am in the practice of, I want to help those in need in my own community and inspire others to do the same in their own.

For now, this is simply an introductory entry to my Journal. Sometimes, I’ll talk about our chickens. Others, I may express my frustration over a font not working on my Homepage. Though sometimes, and hopefully more often, I’ll talk about how someone was blessed by this ministry or that I provided a need.

Anyways, that’s today’s entry. Thanks for reading!

-Michael
